At NexoFast, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was delivered

Non-Returnable Items
