Return Policy
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our international fulfillment system, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
Customers can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the product. We handle all returns and refunds directly. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. All customer inquiries, support, and order management are handled directly by Nexofast.com.”
Accepted Reasons for Return:
- The item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described
- You received the wrong product
We Do NOT Accept Returns If:
- You ordered the wrong item or size by mistake
- You no longer want the product after it ships
- Minor differences in color or design due to screen/lighting
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery (if accepted)
Refund Policy
You may request a full or partial refund if:
- Your product never arrives within the expected time
- Your product is damaged or incorrect, with valid photo proof
- The item is not as described (we’ll verify with our supplier)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be:

Shipping Costs
